chart catalog in a separate section. Call operator error (by Alarm LED
illuminated in Orange) troubleshooting errors and warnings are displayed
in the following ways: The operator call error is indicated by the
alarm LED lights up in orange, and errors and solutions displayed on the
LCD in the text and by the icon. Message when printing from a computer
will be displayed in the Status Monitor printer driver. The error code
(error code 10 is the most maximum) are printed in the "operator service
call/call record error" in EEPROM print information. Apply button when
the operator call error occurs: On the button: change the machine off
and on again. OK button: to clear and recover from errors. In some calls
operator error, the error will be automatically deleted when the cause
of the error will be eliminated, and press the OK button may not be
necessary. The stop button: to cancel the job in error, and the error is
obvious.
Make sure that the flexible cable and wire harness are in the right

Protect The electrical parts from damage due to static electricity.
Before Removing one unit, after removing the power cord, allow the
machine to sit for about 1 minute (for capacitors use to protect from
damage logic board ass'y). Do Not touch the film strip gap of time, the
time gap disk feeds the film, and a slit disk eject the film. No oil or
abrasion allowed. Protect Unit of dirty with ink. Protect Housing from
scratches. Be careful with screws, as follows: Screws paper feed motor
can be loosened only to the replacement of the paper feed motor unit (do
not loosen them in other cases). Before loosening screw 3 fixing rail
to the main chassis, mark the screw positions so that the railway will
be re-attached to the main chassis in its original position.

Call Service error (by cyclic flashing Alarm and Power LED) solutions.
Service call error is indicated by the number of cycles Alarms and Power
LED blink, and the corresponding error code with the message, "Printer
error has occurred. Turn the power off and then back again. If the
problem persists, see the manual." Will be displayed on the LCD. Check
each point in the "Check Point and solutions," and perf ORM solution if
applicable. when there is no solution in the "Check Point and solutions"
effective, then replace the parts listed below "part to be«
«substituted" one by one from the most likely to be damaged. The part
listed in order of likeliness become damaged. Before replacing the logic
board, check the ink absorber counter value, and sign up for a new
logic board replaced. (Value can be set in increments of 10%.) In
addition, according to the "Guidelines for the prevention of ink
absorber replacement," replace the ink absorber. See Adjustments/Setting
